  InWood integrates complete creative in house design (Conception, Shop Drawing, 2D & 3D rendered views) with technical know-how to ensure client satisfaction and avoid financial pitfalls. Under the supervision and leadership of project managers and in coordination with client representatives, the InWood manufacturing process goes through the following steps:

I- Preparation Works.

a- Site Survey:
InWood will send representatives to understand the requirements and constraints of the site of the project at hand.

b- Concept Design:
InWood along with client's architects and designer will create unique customized concepts keeping with current trends and functional requirements.

c- Material Selection:
InWood will offer a wide variety of classical and contemporary materials for customers to choose from along with trend and quality counseling.

d- Budgeting & Delivery:
InWood will provide pricing as well as flexible delivery timelines in accordance with customers' needs.

e- Detailed Site Measurements:
InWood will conduct a second site visit to take accurate measurements in order to provide accurate plans.

f- Shop Drawings:
InWood's team of architects will proceed to offer detailed shop drawings for customer approval.

II- Manufacturing and Installation.

a- Procurement:
InWood's procurement team proceeds to acquire all the agreed upon materials to satisfy the project's needs.

b- Cutting and Lipping:
Received material is dispatched to the cutting and lipping department for initial processing.

c- Veneer Application:
Afterwards, Wood is sent for artisanal veneer application before it is returned for a final cut.

d- Assembly and Material Integration: Products are sent next for the integration of different materials and accessories used taking into account transportation and installation constraints.

e- Paint:
Semi finished products are consequently directed to the properly insulated paint department for sanding priming and finishing according to approved sample specifications.

f- Packing and Delivery:
Final products are packaged to ensure safe and intact delivery taking into account the transportation method used. Products are consequently shipped once the site is deemed suitable for reception.

g- Installation and Protection:
Once goods arrive on site and are dispatched to their final location, skilled and experienced InWood technicians will proceed with the installation process. A last round of touch up is then performed before protecting the goods prior to handing over.

h- Quality Control:
Each step in the Manufacturing and Installation process is subject to stringent quality control inspections to respect the InWood Standard and ensure customer satisfaction.

III- Handing Over and Clean up.

Along with the client's representatives InWood will inspect the accomplished work and address any comments or concerns that may arise.
